Here you will find all important information about prices, seasons, included services and booking conditions. Our three apartments in Alpendorf in St. Johann im Pongau accommodate 1 to 4 people and are ideal for summer holidays, ski holidays and relaxing days in Salzburger Land.

Prices are per apartment and night, excluding local tax/mobility fee and final cleaning. Extra beds are charged at € 30 per night. The winter high season includes Christmas, New Year and school holiday periods.

Minimum stay
During high season, the minimum stay is 5 nights. In the early and low season, stays from 3 nights are possible.
Additional costs
Before your arrival, we will be happy to ask personally whether you would like to use our bread roll service.
The final cleaning includes thorough cleaning of the apartment, waste separation and disposal, as well as cleaning of bed linen, towels, tea towels and kitchen textiles.

Booking conditions

Reservation deposit:€ 400 per apartment. The deposit serves as a reservation guarantee and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Check-in & check-outCheck-in is possible from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-out is from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

Key handoverKeys are handed over in person. A key safe is also available.

Non-smoking apartmentsOur apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is possible on the terrace.

Coffee machinesThe apartments are equipped with a filter coffee machine and a capsule machine. Coffee filters are provided free of charge. On arrival, 2 to 3 Cremesso capsules are available.
